There was a wonderful atmosphere as players, families, coaches, volunteers and supporters came together for our annual Junior Presentation, marking the close of another memorable lacrosse season.

From our youngest Bulldogs taking their very first steps in the sport to our experienced Bears continuing to develop their skills and confidence, the afternoon was an opportunity to celebrate everything that makes our junior section so special. The trophies may recognise individual achievements, but the day itself was about far more than awards. It was about friendship, teamwork, perseverance and the enjoyment of representing our club.

Throughout the season we've seen players challenge themselves, support one another, overcome setbacks and celebrate successes together. Every child who has attended training, played in matches and proudly worn club colours has contributed to another fantastic year for our junior squads.

Every trophy presented tells only part of the story.

Behind every award winner are teammates who encouraged them, parents and guardians who made sure they got to training on cold winter evenings, coaches who gave up countless hours to develop players, and volunteers who quietly kept everything running behind the scenes.

Junior sport simply doesn't happen without people willing to give their time, and we are incredibly fortunate to have so many within our club.

A sincere thank you goes to all of our coaches for their dedication throughout the season. Your patience, encouragement and passion for the game have helped every player grow—not just as lacrosse players, but in confidence, teamwork and resilience.

To our team managers, officials, volunteers and supporters, thank you for everything you do, often without recognition. From arranging fixtures and officiating matches to setting up pitches, running events, fundraising and cheering from the touchline, your contribution is invaluable.

A special thank you also goes to everyone who helped organise our Presentation Day celebrations. Whether you prepared the venue, organised the buffet, served refreshments, presented awards, took photographs or simply lent a helping hand wherever it was needed, you helped create a brilliant afternoon for our players and their families.

Looking Ahead

As one season comes to a close, another is already on the horizon.

We wish all of our players, families and volunteers a well-earned summer and thank every one of you for making this such an enjoyable season. We look forward to welcoming familiar faces back in the autumn, along with new players joining our junior squads for the first time.
