*U12 Stockport Sixes Tournament*

It was a great start to the season at the Stockport Sixes tournament.

With many players stepping up this season, it was great to see the team starting to come together and showing flashes of some really good lacrosse.

Although we lost all four of our tournament games, I don’t think the results really reflected how well the team played. Our first game against Stockport was particularly close and we were in with a real chance. As the tournament went on, the players continued to improve and looked more comfortable playing together with each game.

We finished the day with a friendly against Stockport, which was probably our best performance of the tournament and showed the potential this group has for the season ahead.

There’s plenty to build on, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the team develop over the season, both as a group and as individual lacrosse players.

Well done everyone, a great effort to start the season!
